IPRA Nominated by Nobel Peace Laureates
The International Peace Research Association (IPRA) and its Secretary-General Emeritus Matt Meyer are honored to have been recognized by several Nobel Peace Laureates and other peace leaders, who formally placed us in Nomination for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize. For us, it is neither the award itself nor its nomination that fills us with pride, but the recognition of our collective, ongoing efforts by distinguished friends and co-workers.

Joined by Argentine Adolfo Perez Esquivel and other Nobel Laureates and Peace Leaders, Maguire noted that this nomination also helps "realign the Nobel Peace Prize with its intended mission and history."
